* How long does it take to process my order?
Processing time on in stock items
should be shipped within 1-3 business days. Items that need to be ordered may
take 5-14 days to process. All $4.99 flat rate shipping orders will ship either USPS or UPS ground.
* What is your refund / return / exchange policy?
Any return, and exchange on any item must be made within thirty (30) days of purchase or delivery. Item(s) to be returned or exchanged must be in new condition with original packaging including all parts. An 18% restocking fee applies to all other returns made within 30 days of the original date of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable with an exception of order cancellation(s) before shipment occurs. No refunds for special orders.
We will give you an exchange or a full refund if the item you receive is damaged or not as described.
