On January 1, 2007, Bobby Knight won his 880th NCAA Division I men's college basketball game, becoming the winningest college basketball coach of all-time. He retired in 2008, winning 902 games, losing 371 and having a .708 winning percentage. From 1971-2000, Bobby Knight coached The Indiana Hoosiers, leading his team to 3 NCAA Championships, one National Invitation Tournament championship, and 11 Big Ten Conference Champions. He was named National Coach of The Year honors 4 times and The Big Ten Coach of The Year honors 6 times. In 1984, Bobby coached The USA Men's Olympic Basketball Team to a gold medal, becoming one of only 3 basketball coaches to win an NCAA title, NIT title and an Olympic Gold Medal. Bobby Knight also coached Army from 1963-1971, and Texas Tech from 2001-2008. After retiring from the coaching ranks, Bobby Knight has joined ESPN covering college basketball. In 1991, Bobby was inducted into The Basketball Hall of Fame.
